Holiday Season Terms & Condition's

CUSTOMER CARE & WAREHOUSE HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS

Our Customer Care and warehouse team will be closed over the public holidays and weekends over the holiday season. Your enquiry is very important to us, and we understand that sometimes an enquiry can be of a problematic nature. We value each and every one of our beautiful customers, and will endeavor get in touch with you as soon as possible. We’ve listed below the public holidays our teams will be closed:

  • Boxing Day 26/12/2016
  • Public holiday 27/12/2016 – Warehouse closed. Customer Care opened from 10am – 1pm AEDT
  • Public holiday 2/1/2017

DISPATCH OF ORDER DURING THE HOLIDAYS

During the holiday season we receive a huge amount of orders which our warehouse team attempt to pack and dispatch the day you order but occasionally have days where we cannot fulfil all orders. We recommend you take this into account when ordering, you will receive a shipping confirmation the evening of your order being shipped. General policy applies with orders being cut off at 2pm AEDT, to read our shipping policy please click here. Just to note, express shipping orders do receive priority over standard shipping.

HOLIDAY EXPRESS SHIPPING

We recommend you place your order before midnight Sunday 18th December for guaranteed delivery before Friday 23rd December. Customers in remote/rural areas, please keep in mind delivery takes longer to get to you, we recommend ordering before 2pm AEDT Friday 16th December.

HOLIDAY STANDARD SHIPPING

We recommend you place your order before 2pm Wednesday 14th December for guaranteed delivery before Friday 23rd December. Customers in remote/rural areas, please keep in mind delivery takes longer to get to you, we recommend ordering before 2pm AEDT Monday 12th December.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING

CAMILLA will dispatch orders up until 2pm AEDT Friday 23 December. Australia Post and DHL will be closed on weekends and public holidays, if you do order after 2pm AEDT Friday 23 December Australia Post and DHL next pick up of orders will be Thursday 29th December. We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however; we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries caused by our shipping partners.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

CAMILLA will accept your return 2 weeks after Sunday 25th December for orders placed during Thursday 1st December and Saturday 24th December. You may experience a delay in the process of your return. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our team to process during our peak season.CAMILLA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CAMILLA. HOLIDAY WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is available in all of our CAMILLA boutiques and online over the month of December unit stocks last. All orders will be wrapped, you will not need to select this in the checkout. FAQ

If I order after the recommended dates, can I still get my order before the 25th December 2015?
The dates provided are estimates to ensure you receive your delivery and a buffer in case our shipping partners have delays over the holiday break which is unavoidable by the CAMILLA team.
